Good location (next to main train station and close to bus stop where bus to/from the airport departs/arrives). Room small but clean. Great breakfast with variety of food - worth adding to your reservation if you do not have one included in the room price.

I would the breakfast options be combined (Buffet and order from the kitchen). I would have like to have my eggs cooks a specific way. However, the food and food selections were good.

Hotel is very central, close to the train station. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Hotel has also parking space and every room is accessible via elevator. All in all, it is a very good option if you stay overnight and continue the journey.

Staff were amazing! Very personal and accommodating, especially with our puppy. They gave us food/water bowls, a dog bed, and a few treats and didn't make any issue when she had a little accident by the door as we were leaving for a walk. There is a big park nearby as well where I took my pupper for walks. They also prepared a personalized breakfast bag to go after I was a bit hesitant (given my usual experience that take-away breakfasts at hotels aren't great) and it was actually was enough for lunch as well. This was really great as I had a long trip ahead of my driving from Rzeszow to Kyiv.

The room was well sized for two people. As a short place to stay and go out on the town, it was in a great position. We walked everywhere and did not need to call a cab or drive anywhere. The staff were kind and very accommodating. I never felt like I was a bother for any questions.

The design of the hotel was soo nice. I appreciated the coffee machine and tea in the room. Staff were super kind and helpful. Location also amazing, and it will get better when they finish renovating the streets between the train station and the hotel

Top service and absolutely client-oriented approach with a nice human touch! Personnel is extremely professional, friendly and accommodating. Due to the issues with LOT airlines, had to overstay some time beyond the check out, but it was granted to me with no issues and extra-charges. Hands down 100% recommended! Location, rooms, food quality, price/value ratio, you name it.

Good location near the train station and close to the old town. It has two adjacent buildings, and only part of the rooms are renovated. Restaurant is good for lunch/dinner if you don’t have time to go to the town.

The front desk officer was so friendly. I arrived around 1am and got checked in swiftly. The room was modern and clean, with all amenities needed. The most I liked was the furniture, bedding, and the bathroom.
